As long as you realized that this was not a novel, not a story, but only a written report stating one persons interpretation of what events occurred in an encounter with union troops. Not having a map it was a little difficult to get an overall view of what transpired, but my wife assures me that since I am not a visual person the map probably would have helped me. For a novelist this book would have provided good information to beef out a story and to give the story more authenticity.Product details
